Hi Guys,
Always good to see a new entry. And of course I love to be the first to leave a comment.
Katie Rose came and had lunch with me at work today. I of course was up and down serving customers in between catching up with the latest.
Hope Scotts legs etc are recovering from the bike ride, and hope your feet Monique are on the mend.
Must go and serve some customers and earn a living.
Love you both lots
Mum

Good to have a catch up the other night and hope you got enough"shut eye" before the alarm went the following day.Sounds like you are getting alot more work Monique so that is all good. As I said you have probably purchased a couple of wheel s towards the car - must be a good feeling!! I have my suitcase out ready to pack. Will do that tomorrow. We are staying overnight in Gisborne to save a 4am alarm. Plane leaves Gis at 6.40am. Allen and Jen leave Auck for Melbourne the day I fly back in but we won't get to catch up - miss by about 30mins. Weather looks promising in Qland so hope it stays like that.Due back at work on 27th. meantime take care and stay safe.
Lotsa love to you both
Mum and Larry.

Hi guys!

So have you been out on the town YET?
I like your photo wall, Mon. I’m going to have to go round to your parents soon and have a look at the ones you sent them back. Maybe if you can be bothered you could put start to fill up your EMPTY GALLERY ON YOUR WEBSITE!!! GRRRRRR!!! ;)

You were saying in previous entries that you’re longing for a good salad and good salad sammies and filled rolls. Do the supermarkets over there have nice veggies and fruit? Or do you have to go to a purpose produce store for the good stuff? I was thinking that now you have a balcony would it be worth growing a few veggies? Or will it just be too cold for that now?
Is it true of Canada as it is in America that all portions are super duper size?

Rich and I were in Wellington for the weekend, just the two of us with no car stuff to do. Was the best weekend ever! And we really needed a weekend like that before I head off in three weeks! WOOOOoooooOOO! Three weeks! Time speeds by!

Keep up the good blogging! I love hearing what you’ve been up to!

Hi Scott and Monique. Have just spent some time catching up on all your news, I seem to not have time to do so in term time, but holidays started today, so a good way to spend some time on an overcast and windyish Saturday. You both sound as though you are coping admirably with Northern Hemisphere life. Your apartment is getting stylier by the blog, you will be able to add your own little touches to make it feel like home as you go along. Love the green chairs - are they "pea green" Scott?
We are both fine, Jock got bitten by a dog a couple of weeks ago when he went to collect some rent - that caused some drama in the household and necessitated a trip to the doctor at night, but he's a tough guy and weathered it out with the help of a nice big tetanus shot.
I am going to Nan's this week to spend a couple of days with her and then we will go up to Wairoa to see Jill and Larry for a couple of nights and to hear all about Jill's trip to see Bridget.
I will get your postal address off Jill so I can send you a tea towel to hang on the wall !!! Just kidding !
Look after yourselves, we are thrilled to hear you are both happy and well.
Love Susan and Jock.

Hi Guys,
Nice talking to you this morning Monique, a bit better than the phone call I had to make last week. I thought I was very cleaver hunting Scottie Boy down, to give him a warning about THAT phone call. He sounded relieved when I did not take him up on the offer to tell you.
Love you both lots
Mum and Dad
